  • If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to:

    • Block COD option for future orders

    • Recover shipping/RTO charges if applicable

Repeated fake or refused COD orders may lead to permanent account restriction.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of returned products.
